Yoga and karate among the arts

Healthy resolutions? Come exercise among art on Sunday morning, January 28. In cooperation with Amstelveensport, the Cobra Museum is organizing two sports sessions inbetween art. Start your day relaxed with a yoga class between the portrait photographs of Anton Corbijn or choose an active karate class between the paintings of the exhibition A Cry for Freedom. Afterwards you will receive a token for a delicious smoothie in the café.

Karate class
Join a training session with Almir Skrijelj, former national coach of the Dutch Team (2017-2023) and top instructor of the (inter)nationally renowned club Karate-Do Buitenveldert, and experience the power of karate!
Yoga class
Yoga makes you strong, fit and flexible. Louise has been teaching yoga classes from various yoga disciplines for over 20 years and provides a safe, fun yoga class with lots of variety.
Practical information
Both classes are taught at entry level so anyone can join. It may be a bit chillier in the exhibition room, so be sure to bring an extra layer of comfortable clothing.
