Painting with Museum Cobra at De Buurtcamping
From July 26 to 28, 2024, the park near the Kostverlorenhof will be transformed into a cozy Neighborhood Camping. Stichting De Buurt organizes three days of friendly camping where local residents can get to know each other better. At De Buurtcamping you enjoy the outdoors all day long and everyone is equal. Museum Cobra will be present on July 27 with a colorful painting workshop for young and old.
Painting with Museum Cobra
Be inspired by the famous Cobra artists such as Karel Appel and Corneille. Their motto was “Don’t think, but do!” The artists of the Cobra movement were guided by the material they worked with, the spontaneity of children and its unpredictability. In this workshop we will work in the same way. The result is always a personal work of art on an A4 canvas! The workshop takes place on Saturday, July 27, from 13:00-15:00.
De Buurtcamping
For a weekend, the field next to the Bloeiwijzer will be transformed into a temporary campsite, for and by the neighborhood. For three days, the park will be a friendly campsite, where neighborhood residents can get to know each other better. At De Buurtcamping, you’ll be outside all day and everyone is equal.

De Buurtcamping is an initiative of De Buurt, who strengthen neighborhoods by organizing temporary campsites together with residents, entrepreneurs and organizations.
