Discover the world of manga during an inspiring workshop in Museum Cobra! Have you always been fascinated by the expressive style of Japanese comics and do you dream of bringing your own manga characters to life? Then this workshop is the perfect opportunity to discover and develop your creative talents.
In the inspiring environment of Museum Cobra, where art and creative expression are central, you will learn the basic principles of manga drawing and have the opportunity to develop your own style, whether you are a beginner or already experienced. Be inspired by the museum’s unique atmosphere and discover how you can create an entire universe with a few pencil strokes.
This workshop is given by Nanda van Dijk, also known from Nanda Creates. As an experienced illustrator and animator, Nanda worked on the latest Dikkie Dik movies – a true professional! Nanda is also an inspired teacher with years of experience. She taught art, animation and rigging at Animschool, Sint-Joost school for art and design, and the Dutch Film Academy, among others. As co-founder of the creative store, ‘De Zilveren Vos’ in Den Bosch, she enjoys organizing all kinds of workshops there – including this inspiring Manga workshop!
