The Cobra Museum challenges you to create something new out of old denim. Do you have old jeans lying around at home? Or a denim jacket you don’t wear anymore? Turn them into something new! Be inspired and guided by our professional museum docents and create, for example, a denim flower still life, a handy storage bag or a denim vase. The possibilities are endless!
Photographer and filmmaker Anton Corbijn presents photographs in MOØDe in which he explores the crossover between photography and the world of fashion. The exhibition contains around two hundred photographs, including the now iconic portraits Corbijn made of model Kate Moss, fashion designer Alexander McQueen and campaign photographs for major jeans brands Levi’s and G-Star.
Afterwards, we will make an exhibition of all the creations together in the museum. This exhibition will then be on display in the museum for another week. Of course, you can also choose to take your work home immediately and not leave it behind.
Still have old denim lying around at home? Take it with you!
