Violist Takehiro Konoe, winner of the Grachtenfestival Prize 2024, will be performing in no fewer than four major concerts during this edition. His most intimate concert will take place in the Waterzaal of Museum Cobra on Thursday, August 21, from 8:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., together with pianist Ramon van Engelenhoven. Two exceptional musicians, both beloved for their depth and refinement, will present a chamber music program full of lyricism, excitement, and ensemble playing at the highest level. About the Grachtenfestival
From August 15 to 24, 2025, the 28th edition of the Grachtenfestival will take place, with 150 concerts spread throughout the city and beyond. The festival focuses on creating a stage for young musical talent, from classical to jazz. In addition to familiar elements such as the house, garden, and rooftop concerts and the Junior Grachtenfestival, there will also be new elements, such as Festival Day with various neighborhood festivals.
